This book could use a CD rom or a DVD instead of forcing people to be on internet in order to do chapter questions and other activities. Not every one has 24/7 internet access.

This book smells so bad I can hardly stand to read it. It smells like a mixture of a dirty diaper, bad breath, and an ash tray. Extremely disappointing.
