The book is fine. It is easy to read and understand. However, it was presented as "new" and it was not new. There is writing in the book. I don't mind used books, I just don't think they should be misrepresented.

I did not receive the correct edition of the book that I ordered. I received an old copy. However, the seller did give me my money back. I was already a good 2 weeks into my class by the time I received the wrong edition and then had to go and purchase the correct book. So, beware of who you buy from!!

Purchased with title of "Like New". I would not say it was like new on the outside cover and corners. They were pretty worn with a Used book sticker on it. Inside it's like new, with no highlights or markings. It works for what I need it for and it arrived in plenty of time.

Summary: "Policy & Politics in Nursing and Healthcare"

This was a required text book for my graduate school nursing class on current issues in nursing. I found this book to be very readable and full of pertinent information. The only potential downside is the fact that this book can easily become outdated due to changes in legislation. Policy and politics are an everchanging front. I highly reccomend this book. It helps the reader understand how we came to this point in healthcare and how we can be most effective in changing the legislative climate. This book was interesting, I found myself reading beyond the assignment.
